A rededication ceremony and ribbon cutting will be held at one of the county’s most significant historical structures, the Harris County 1910 Courthouse. The courthouse was last renovated in 1954. The 1954 renovations slightly altered the building’s exterior appearance, but made significant changes to the interior public spaces. Recent renovations, started in 2009, have restored the building exterior and the public spaces within the interior to their 1910 condition.

The ribbon cutting will be conducted in the Level Two Rotunda following the rededication ceremony.

Self-guided tours will follow both ceremonies.
