Regional port and Coast Guard officials also will be present to talk about potential impacts to industry and public safety. Judges Emmett, King and Yarbrough have remained in close contact with each other and numerous federal, state and local officials since the April 20 spill to ensure a unified regional response in preparation for any potential local impact.
