10:00 a.m. Judge and Mrs. Emmett will participate in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade. Location: Intersection of Texas and Smith.

7:00 p.m. Judge and Mrs. Emmett will attend the West University Park Lovers’ Ball. Location: Rice Hotel, 909 Texas.
