6:30 p.m. Judge and Mrs. Emmett will attend the International Longshoreman Association Local 28 Christmas Festival and Dinner. Location: Brady's Landing, 8505 Cypress St.

3:00 p.m. Judge and Mrs. Emmett will attend the American Red Cross Annual Holiday Open House. Location: 2700 Southwest Freeway at Kirby.
